2. When will the move take place? A: Our move is planned for August 28th, 2023. We're working diligently to ensure a smooth transition and look forward to serving you in our new space.

3. What is the new address? A: Our new address will be: BounceDolls,  215 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106

4. Will the services and staff be the same at the new location? A: Absolutely! You can expect the same exceptional services provided by our skilled staff members in our beautifully designed new space.

5. How can I reach you during the move? A: You can still reach us at 215.472.5060 and her at Bouncedolls.com. We'll be available to assist you throughout the transition.

6. What about parking? A: For your convenience, there are street parking options available nearby. Additionally, a parking lot is located at 210 Filbert Street, offering parking for just $11.

7. Will you remain open during the move? A: Yes, we will remain open during the move. Our commitment to providing you with exceptional services continues unchanged.

8. Can I use my gift cards and loyalty points at the new location? A: Absolutely! Your gift cards and loyalty points will be honored at our new location, ensuring you continue to receive value from your visits.

9. What is the history of the new building? A: The building has a rich history. Previously occupied by various businesses, it now houses The Link Studios and other businesses that offer a range of services.

10. Can you alter the building's structure? A: By law, alterations to the building's storefront and structure require proper permits. We're committed to preserving the historical integrity of the location.

11. What can I expect from the new location? A: At our new location, you can anticipate the same exceptional services you love, now in a beautiful area. We're excited to welcome you there!

12. What should I know about accessibility? A: Our new location is easily accessible via major highways, making it convenient for guests from Delaware, New Jersey, and New York.
